The Friends and Family Program makes the process of home financing a simple one.
1. Fill out our online application at www.loansbybrady.com . It is not necessary to have chosen a home before you apply for financing, as you may want to pre-qualify to determine the amount of home you can afford and to have the financing all set before you begin shopping.

3. After you close on your purchase or refinance, a donation will be sent to Charlotte Emergency Housing. The Friends and Family Program leaves you feeling good about how your mortgage is helping others!
